   KEVIN BARKE - SENIOR PASTOR

Kevin began serving as Pastor of Fellowship in February 2005.   He graduated from Liberty University
with his Master of Divinity in 1989 and has continued his studies both at Trinity Evangelical Divinity
School (Deerfield, IL) and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (Ft. Worth, TX).
Kevin and Vicki were married on July 9, 1988 and have two boys, Tyler is a student at Baylor University
and Carter attends Richland High School.

When asked, “What refreshes and refuels you,” Kevin answers with, “Spending time with and enjoying my family, attending either Tyler’s or Carter’s
athletic events or working outside in the yard.”

As pastor, Kevin’s passion in ministry is being able to open up and teach God’s Word week after week with God’s people.   Jesus said in John 8:31-32
“If you hold to my teaching, you are really my disciples.  Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”   Kevin’s desire is for people to not only know what God has said in His Word but to be able to live it out.  As a result, his messages seek to find a balance between explanation and application.

Kevin has a heart for missions and desires to see God’s people embrace a vision for the world by being actively involved in God’s work both at home and oversees.  Although Fellowship participates in sometime type of annual mission project, Kevin believes that fulfilling the Great Commission begins in the neighborhood of each Christian.   Kevin believes that prayer is the foundation upon which all ministries depend.  He desires to see a prayer ministry birthed
for the purpose of seeing God’s kingdom expand.

   DALE MASON - YOUTH PASTOR

Dale Mason is from Baird, Texas and is a graduate of Liberty University where he received his BS in Religion.
He is married to his beautiful wife Helen and they have two children, James and Jaima.  Dale loves spending time
with his family and feels that his first obligation is to minister to them.  He enjoys hunting, fishing, playing golf
and family game nights.  Dale has served in the ministry at least part time since 1998 and has served in full time
vocational ministry since 2005.  The Lord brought Dale and his family to Fellowship Baptist Church in August 2010
and loves serving on staff here!

Dale was called to ministry when he was 22 years old has been faithfully serving the Lord in youth ministry ever since.
He has a heart to empower parents to disciple kids and to give them resources to lead their family into a closer
relationship with Jesus Christ.  “As the parent of two teenagers, I know the importance of wanting to make an impact
in the lives of my kids before they leave the house.  I feel like my time is slipping away fast.  I know I’m not alone
in this and want parents to know they can make a difference.”  He also has a true desire for students to love God
and desire a personal relationship with Him.  When students leave his ministry, his prayers is they own their own faith and are not just riding on their parent’s coat tails.  “When students leave for school, the enemy is going to attack. I want them to be able to put on their armor and stand their ground.”  Dale knows this takes place in discipleship and knows having godly, spirit filled men and women who lead our students is essential to this process.

CHRIS ROBBINS - ADULT MINISTRIES & CHILDREN'S PASTOR

Chris Robbins comes to Fellowship with many years of experience in working with children, students,
and adults of all ages in the educational activities of the church.  He has served at churches in Virginia,
Florida, and Texas in various associate capacities from children's pastor to youth pastor to educational director.
He graduated from Liberty University with degrees in Business Management and Social Science Education
while he played collegiate baseball.  He has taught and coached at the high school level for over 15 years before
surrendering to full-time church service.  In preparing for that he recently received his Advanced Masters of Divinity degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in May of 2010 and has served now at Fellowship since January of 2009.  His wife Rachel is a passionate follower of Christ who serves alongside Chris in ministry at the church and at Lake Country Christian School as a teacher of Bible, worldview, and history.  His two children, Paul and Josephine, attend Lake Country Christian School and are a delight to his life.

Chris' heartbeat for ministry lies in a strong biblical foundation for faith and practice.  He stresses complete sufficiency on Christ and His commandments for every detail of life.  The commandments Christ gave of course revolve around loving the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, and mind and loving your neighbor as much as you love yourself (Matthew 22:36-39).  Therefore, Chris' passion is grounded in relationships both with the Father and with others. "Love God, love people, make disciples" is his simple motto that drives him to connect with people and help them grow closer to the Kingdom of God.  He has an intense desire to help people to discover their giftedness for Christian service and the purposes God has for them on this earth.  He loves children dearly and has the gift of bonding with them in sincerity and truth.  He relies on prayer and walking by faith for forward movement in ministry.
